Tech Wizards is a FREE program for area Fridley and Columbia Heights youth 5th – 8th grade, engaging them in small group mentoring that uses access to technology and STEM concepts to teach youth people life skills.  

Program Goals: 

• Provide active STEM education to under-served populations
• Provide active STEM education through program mentors with the goal of a 4 youth to 1 mentor ratio.  
• Provide an opportunity for youth to engage in programming weekly
• Provide an opportunity for youth to engage in programming 12 months of the year.  

Groups are youth lead and activities are voted on by youth.  Mentors are expected to guide youth projects and help with social emotional learning and goal setting.
