Bio

Ashley Yentz is the Director of Logistics for LeanCor Supply Chain Group. Ashley has over 12 years of supply chain and logistics experience with specific areas of expertise in change management, network optimization, lean leadership, supply chain advancement, and supply chain vision creation and execution. During her career, Ashley has served in several capacities of the supply chain. Prior to joining LeanCor, Ashley began her career at Toyota Motor Sales U.S.A. in strategic planning where she was promoted to Kaizen Leader in both Torrance, CA and Boston, MA. In addition, she led numerous improvement projects in three different distribution centers within Toyota’s Parts Operation Supply Chain. Ashley then served at Hilti, Inc. as a Transportation Analyst. After joining LeanCor as a Lean Supply Chain Operations Manager, Ashley led the successful implementation of inbound and outbound load planning for LeanCor Logistics clients. Working alongside client leadership to create tactical and strategic Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for managed transportation, Ashley ensured process compliance, daily problem solving and aligned momentum towards the supply chain vision. Ashley’s change management and strategic coaching skills have transferred to her current role of Director of Account Management where she is responsible for LeanCor to meet its brand promise for logistics clients in the industrial, automotive, retail, and consumer products industries. In this role, Ashley oversees all aspects of the client’s journey from goal creation to achieving true supply chain advancement. These include business system management, network planning and optimization, daily network operations, carrier management, actionable business intelligence, and relentless continuous improvement. Ashley is a graduate of Boston University, in Boston, MA, where she received a Bachelor of Arts in Pure and Applied Mathematics and studied advanced applications of Mathematical Finance. She resides in Minneapolis, MN with her husband and daughter. In her spare time, she enjoys fitness, cooking, and spending time outdoors.
